Role Description

As a member of our media buying team, you will work closely with our various teams (content, R&D, etc.) and you will be responsible for managing hundreds of ad campaigns daily while maintaining the integrity of our impeccable accounts. Your expertise will also contribute to optimizing the processes and methodologies already in place.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Results-driven, self-motivated person;
  • Highly organized and detail oriented. Excellent time management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time in an environment that sometimes requires to change direction quickly;
  • Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of peers;
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic and advertising space – an advantage;
  • Ability to work with the content and creative teams to deliver highly engaging content;
  • Ad creation and campaign optimization;
  • Create reports that analyze data to make strong business decisions;
  • Source and test new market opportunities;
  • Ad buying through native ad network (Taboola, Revcontent, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing;
  • 3+ years of recent experience in buying ads;
  • Hands-on experience in execution of marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Taboola, etc.
  • Experience in performance based / direct response marketing;
  • Experience in managing large budget ad campaigns across multiple platforms and sources;
  • Experience negotiating direct deals with publishers.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
