The SEO Manager will provide his/her technical expertise and lead the search engine optimization program at All Time Digital. You will be responsible of elaborating and implementing the roadmap to improve and optimize the traffic obtained by natural referencing, which represents a channel of strong strategic growth for the company. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp analytical mind, masters the principles of search engines optimization and demonstrates a desire to generate measurable business results.

A typical day for you would be...

  • Develop and implement the search engine optimization roadmap, as well as manage and accelerate natural referencing optimization initiatives for the various websites;
  • Provide expertise, requirements and technical specifications necessary for search engine optimization;
  • Work closely with the editorial and media buying teams to improve the websites’ natural referencing for various regions and languages, various types of devices and different search engines (e.g. Google);
  • Work closely with the editorial team to ensure content optimization for natural referencing;
  • Analyze the results of the referencing initiatives, create cost-effectiveness analyses and reach a consensus on the initiatives linked to natural referencing;
  • Ensure the development and implementation of off-site optimization initiatives, notably with the creation of links and rise in popularity;
  • Offer mentorship and coaching to other team members for projects and activities linked to natural referencing;
  • Analyze competitor and industry websites to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Stay ahead of natural referencing trends by monitoring various websites, forums, blogs, and sources of information in the sector;
  • Advocate the continuous improvement of natural referencing techniques at All Time Digital;
  • Establish daily reports regarding the natural referencing efforts and results.

What All Time Digital is looking for in you...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or in any related field;
  • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in search engine optimization, in marketing or in other web-related projects;
  • Excellent knowledge of integrated marketing and multi-channel strategies;
  • Excellent abilities in French and English oral and written communication;
  • Experience in Web analytics, an important asset;
  • Experience in HTML or CSS language, an asset;
  • Analytical mind and attention to detail;
  • Advanced research skills;
  • Creative mind and excellent abilities to solve problems;
  • Great ease in presenting, synthesizing and influencing change;
  • Proven ability to perform both individually and in a team;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment.
