The Digital Content Manager is responsible for the content strategies and for the distribution management on digital platforms. Reporting to the CEO, he/she plays a key role in the strategy, relevance, consistency and respect of the digital content’s editorial line.

A TYPICAL DAY FOR YOU WOULD BE...

  • Define and plan the editorial strategy (calendar, budget, schedule, tools and other resources required) for all published content;
  • Contribute, through your advisory role in terms of digital content, to the reflection surrounding all content produced;
  • Supervise and accompany team members in the performance of their duties, set up a fluid work process;
  • Research and negotiation of digital content partnerships;
  • Monitor trends and innovations from competitors in digital content and on social media;
  • Supervise content managers: editors, webmasters, content coordinators, project managers, social media managers;
  • Sets goals, manages tasks, schedules and daily assignments;
  • Develop, present and deploy content plans;
  • Coordinate deliverables produced by freelancers and various contributors (Video Producer and writers);
  • Act as a bridge between the digital content, marketing, production and creative teams to generate new ideas, define concepts and ensure execution is aligned with objectives;
  • Participate in brainstorms;
  • Stay on top of new web content trends.

WHAT ALL TIME DIGITAL IS LOOKING FOR IN YOU...

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
  • Thorough knowledge of the digital media environment;
  • Thorough knowledge of Web platforms (WordPress, MailChimp) and social media platforms (Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) and measurement tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics);
  • Professional ability in English;
  • Leadership;
  • Rigour;
  • Creativity, curiosity and a keen interest in current cultural events;
  • Collaborative nature;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Critical and meticulous mind;
  • Organizational skills and a sense of priorities, autonomous;
  • Good communications skills.
