Role Description

The Performance Manager works closely with the content team to ensure that all content is fully optimised by analysing performance and results within the digital landscape, and presents strategic insights and recommendations for improvement.

They are responsible for identifying which digital assets are not delivering against the KPIs, establishing the reasons why and presenting strategic recommendation to maximise ROI

Main responsibilities

  • Ability to measure content performance against KPIs, analyze and interpret data, set up annotations, track performance and review the content campaign’s impact on traffic and conversion metrics;
  • Ability to work with technology to understand, interpret and analyze media performance across multiple digital channels including social media, paid media and organic traffic;
  • Ability to conduct usability and A/B and/or multivariable tests to gauge content effectiveness making recommendations to optimize content based on results;
  • Capacity to communicate clearly and efficiently improvements to be made to all teams (what’s working and what isn’t);
  • Ability to identify opportunities and make recommendations for re-development or re-deployment based on performance, engagement and consumer insights;
  • Can easily collaborate with our internal teams to improve core technologies;
  • Be an expert in all relevant tools & technology required to excel in your role;
  • Drive innovation - keeping on top of the latest trends;
  • Ensure compliance of content optimization.


  • You have a proven track record in analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to understand and improve performance;
  • You have experience with media platforms;
  • You have experience with A/B and multivariable testing, audience segmentation and targeting;
  • You are familiar with SEO best practices;
  • You have hands-on approach with a can-do attitude;
  • You have excellent organization and prioritization skills;
  • You have very high standards and an eye for detail;
  • You are flexible – able to adapt to change;
  • You are able to work under pressure in a deadline driving environment;
  • You are able to work independently.
